West Coast Modern Home

A timber-framed West Coast modern residence finished with our seamless concrete floor system throughout. One continuous, jointless surface runs beneath the exposed fir beams, glass railings and open living spaces — a calm, monolithic base that lets the warm wood, natural light and architecture take centre stage. From the great room and kitchen to the bedrooms and baths, the floor reads as a single, faultless plane from room to room.
