Frequently Asked

Can you apply concrete over my existing floor?

Yes — our overlay and wall systems are designed to bond over existing concrete, plywood, tile and even radiant-heated slabs, so in most cases there is no need for a costly tear-out.

Will a concrete overlay crack?

Our signature overlay uses a flexible, polymer-modified formula that moves with the substrate, so it strongly resists the hairline cracking common to rigid toppings. Proper substrate prep and control joints do the rest.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Vancouver and the Lower Mainland including Burnaby, the North Shore, Coquitlam, Richmond and Surrey. Contact us for projects further afield.
